Many athletes in professional sports today sit on the sidelines with injuries that could have been prevented. Others stay on the bench because their particular injury does not respond to other standard treatments. And even more are playing, but at less than optimal performance, simply because their musculoskeletal system is not in balance.
More and more coaches, teams, and medical doctors are realizing that pain management and medications are not the answer. Pain medication only covers up the symptoms; misleading athletes into thinking they can perform actions that could make their injury worse.
Why not book a pre and post-season check up, and make sure that any underlying imbalances in muscle tone from your training aren't making you more prone to future injury?
By promoting a proactive, preventive strategy, chiropractors help athletes decrease the likelihood of injury and maximize athletic performance. Why not book a pre and post-season check up, and make sure that any underlying imbalances in muscle tone aren't making you more prone to future injury.

When I gingerly hobbled into your surgery for the 1st time I was still missing my original chiropractor. He was amazing and got me working again. I thought he was a one off, but not long after receiving your technique I knew that good times were around the corner.
I am now 56 years old; my body and its fitness and mobility levels are now in better shape than when I was 30. I work pain free without pain killers and I play tennis and golf (yes I am even playing golf again) with just a couple of pain killers.
The special care, skill and dedication that I have received has given me back my body (literally). For me Chiropractic is a complete study of the best remedies possible at this moment in time.

When I 1st came into contact with Alex I had severe back problems as a result of a cricket injury some years earlier. Several spinal and hip joints were out of alignment and had set in that position, making me stiff and uncomfortable.
After a few treatments managed to realign them and it them back in the correct position, a not inconsiderable task, improving my back almost instantly. After 2 or 3 weeks, the discomfort was relieved and mobility reinstated.
Alex gave correct diagnosis coupled with effective treatment.

I first went because I was having trouble with my knees. As I am heavily into running, this was causing big problems. When I 1st met Alex I was a bit scared but he is really funny and helped me a lot.
Within 3 sessions my knees were hurting less and my running times improved a great deal. My shoulders were also rounded and he helped straighten me out. I recommend Alex to anyone, especially sporty people. You don’t have to be old to see a Chiropractor.
Alex makes you feel at ease and going to see him has helped me considerably. Seeing Alex is the best decision I have made to help me with my running.
